T-Ara (티아라, pronounce T:Ara) adalah Girlband asal Korea Selatan di bawah naungan MNet Media di tahun 2009. MNet Media adalah Industri yang sama di atas kepopuleran grup SeeYa, Davichi, lalu artis Lee Hyori dan SG Wannabe.Single pertama mereka berjudul "Lies(거짓말)". Sebelum debut, mereka telah disebut-sebut sebagai grup "Super Rookies".
Kelima anggota original T-Ara telah di trainee selama 3 tahun dan merilis lagu pertama untuk OST drama Cinderella Man (A Good Person). Awal 2009, T-Ara Jiyeon berkolaborasi dengan Davichi dan SeeYa untuk lagu "Woman's Generation" yang mendapat top chart
